Positions Available at G5
   
Administrative/Customer Service
  • Provide front line reception – greet visitors, answer phones, place supply orders and service calls. Effectively and impressively represent G5’s image/reputation.
  • General administrative responsibilities – paperwork, processing, etc.
  • Customer correspondence – calling customers, prepping mailing, preparing invoices.
   
Delivery/Training Specialist
  • Create a memorable and pleasant delivery experience
  • Logistically handle the machine delivery, ensure it is installed and configured to the customer’s requirements, and train the users.
  • Good grasp of technical concepts and excellent time management and communication skills.
       
    System Integrator - (IT)
    • Respond to level 1 and 2 helpdesk calls over the phone utilizing remote support technologies in a professional and pleasant manor.
    • Setup and configure network multifunction imaging devices at the customer location by working with customer IT department (or outsourced IT) to ensure smooth transition from previous equipment.
    • Perform general computer maintenance and other internal technology assignment assigned by the IT manager.
       
    Business Development/Sales Consultant
    • Effectively and impressively speak to prospective customers and gather critical information that will help G5 decide if this is a viable prospect while maintaining G5’s image/reputation.
    • Gain knowledge and develop professionally to advance into Sales Consultant position.
    • Provide solutions that best meet customer needs.
    • Provide on-going service to current customers to ensure customer satisfaction/delight.
    • Grow our base of customers.
    • Perfect your craft. Be a student of professional selling and develop to the top of your potential.
       
    Service Technician
    • Technical background is not required, clear technical aptitude is a must.
    • Passion for excellent customer service.
    • Capable of completing shop work, field calls and representing G5 professionally.
